Face it Guild Wars is dying... so are alot of guilds... there's record inactivity and no one in your current guild cares what quest you need. Remeber when game updates had content not lame catering jobs for in game NPC weddings. I even recall a time when people use to say "gratz" when you got an ecto drop instead of leave it, we're too close to a new speed record. Does any of this sound familliar or hit home?

Well then, let me tell you about our guild... Actually we are no exception either, we too have been hit with the same plauge of issues other guilds are dealing with or failed to deal with. If they had then you wouldn't be here reading this. But given all that, some of us here in [LOST] still remian. A Long time core group of in game friends that are still holding it together until GW2. In fact some of us have played together for over 5 years now. So if you are looking for a guild that even in these times still looks forward to playing the game, wants to play the game and will continue to be here until GW2 and after, then give us a try.

Shiverpeaks Search And Rescue is a U.S and Canadian based PvE and PvE hard mode, Title Maxing and Farming Guild. We are recruiting mature players 17 and older with Vent. We are very relaxed and laid back and welcome everyone into the guild as long as you're not a beggar, whiner, alliance spammer or an anal know-it-all... if you are a cool know-it-all then you're more than welcomed to join and teach even us old dogs something new.

This is a guild comprised of a group of ex-members of Liars Cheats and Thieves[Liar] Expect it to grow and obtain the same in game standings and notoriety as Liars has known. The core players of Lost originate from the original officers and the founding leader of Liar. Together they have years of guild building and leadership experience. This is not your 14 year old nephews guild.

A bunch of noob players insisting they know more than you.

To be honest we are just a bunch of cool laid back people who are glad to help out when we have the time and try to include guild members when possible in group activities and runs.

If you are looking for a guild intent on speed farming 90% of your time then we may not be what you are looking for. As a guild there is no area in game we can not beat blind folded, we are just not interested in doing it as fast as possible and as many times as possible in a day... who wants the stress. If you want to do those types of things you will still be able to through our alliance as there are a group of guilds who seem to focus more on that. So you will have access to it.

Our current focus is on "fun" and that includes farming Gwen, Dungeon Farming, UW, FoW, DoA, Vanquish runs, Hard mode missions, Title whoring ( we have many "Gods Walking Among Mere Mortals" and a dozen who's "Guild Halls Smell of Rich Mahogany ) and anything else we feel like doing.

Do to the usefulness and it's contributions to making runs successful, We ask all new members to have and use ventrilo (vent). Game discussions and planning occur all the time in vent. More gets discussed, planned and organized in vent then on guild chat. A mic is not required but is strongly recommended.

Ventrilo is a free download ( linked from our website with installation and setup instructions ) and if you need help, any officer will be able to help you get setup on it.

Although i have tried my best to explain who we are and what our goals are they can not replace the experience of just coming into the guild and seeing for yourself who we are and what we do. Even if you are just thinking of trying us out or you're just not sure, just do it... you have nothing to loose but my 100 gp, and there will be no hard feelings if you bail on us... you proved your coolness by giving us the chance to keep you as a guildie.

You're experience with the guild will only be as good as the effort you put into it to fit in. If you want to get into the elite runs and groups then get on vent as soon as you can and hang out and get to know us and let us know about you.
